Anmore council will review a zoning amendment for two properties on Sugar Mountain Way at its upcoming meeting.
The proposed Anmore Zoning Amendment Bylaw would change the designation of 1000A and 1000B Sugar Mountain Way from Residential 1 (RS1) to Infill Development (INF).
Council will consider the bylaw readings on Tuesday, Sept. 16, at 7 p.m. in council chambers at the Anmore Community Hub.
According to a notice from the Village of Anmore, no public hearing will be held for the amendment under sections 464(3) and 467 of the Local Government Act.
A copy of the proposed bylaw is available for public inspection from Sept. 2 to Sept. 16 on the Village of Anmore website or in person at the community hub during regular office hours.
