A 17-year-old N driver was caught driving 112 km/h in a 50 km/h zone on David Avenue last Friday, according to a social media post from Port Moody Police.
A 17 y/o N driver was caught this past Friday speeding 112 km/h on David Avenue (50 km/h zone). Ironically, he had just passed our speed trailer when he was nabbed by a patrol officer who was in the area. He faces:

Police said the teen had just passed a speed trailer when a patrol officer in the area stopped him. The driver faces an excessive speed ticket, a vehicle impound, and a licence review.
“This kind of speed is extremely dangerous, especially in residential areas,” Port Moody Police said in the post.
