NorthStar Development has announced the launch of LIVY, a community-focused residential project revitalizing a previously stagnant site in Port Coquitlam.  The company said in a press release that this development will rejuvenate the city’s heart, reflecting NorthStar’s commitment to enhancing the community’s urban landscape.

NorthStar Development is also behind the recent groundbreaking of Porthaven, a significant PoCo mixed-use project just a few blocks away, which is also playing a key role in the evolution of Downtown Port Coquitlam. Porthaven’s home sales outpaced the local market last year, underscoring the strong demand for well-designed homes in this newly revitalized community.
