Construction is set to begin along the west side of Pipeline Road and Gabriola Drive west of Pipeline Road in Coquitlam on January 13, with work expected to continue until January 28, weather permitting.

The City’s contractor will carry out concrete work Monday to Friday from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m., and on Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Drivers should anticipate traffic disruptions during this period, including possible turn restrictions at intersections.

Sections of Gabriola Drive will be left in compacted gravel for several days as crews complete the work. Motorists are advised to drive carefully and allow extra travel time when passing through the area.
